I love making those pendant, because each one is a little different, has a unique shape and slightly different look. Each pendant is handmade one by one with high quality freshwater pearl, 5-6 mm diameter. I use quality solid sterling silver to make them, made in Italy and crafted in my studio.
The diameter of the pendant is about 1/2 inch.
Available with white or black pearl (black freshwater pearls have a rich dark green or blue/purple ton and a rainbow sparkle)

__SIZE__
This listing features real freshwater pearls, from 5 to 6 mm diameter.

__COLORS__
Freshwater pearl have a nice luster and usually lots of overtone (second color). They are cultured in mussel and come in many color variation, such as white, cream, light yellow, orange or pink.
Also, some pearls are treaded by irradiation to change their color. This treatment use gamma rays to darken the nucleus of the pearl. All dark freshwater pearls, such as peacock, dark green, dark blue, dark violet, dark gray..etc. are treated by irradiation. The result is very nice and tends to imitates Tahitian pearls. Irradiated pearls have colors that look much more «natural» than dyed pearls.
Some pearls are also dye to change their colors. This treatment gives vibrant colors, but the colors may change a little bit after a couple of years because it is not stable like irradiation.

Also know that I have access to high quality salt water pearls if you need a larger size and a natural dark color.

Sterling silver can go yellow or tarnish with time, it is a normal phenomenon when exposed to air. The best way to maintain your jewels clean is to wear them! It will protect their shine and some daily precautions will keep them beautiful and clean longer! Since most of my sterling silver jewellery is already oxidised you shouldn’t need to do anything special to keep them the way they are.

I always include silver care information with the package.

It is possible to return an item for a size adjustment. You don’t need to communicate with me before you return it, but you must include the following information with the return: ORDER NUMBER, NEW SIZE and RETURN ADDRESS.

Once I receive the package I will send a separate invoice for shipping and size adjustment fee. The fee will vary from 0 to 25% of the item value, because in some case I need to completely re-do the item.
