Can I make custom changes to the products I order?

We may be able to make custom changes to our product. Please contact us prior to purchasing and we can let you know if the custom changes are possible.

Will the colors of the product I receive look exactly like what I see on my monitor or electronic devise?

The appearance of a product will vary between monitors, electronic devices and printers. Therefore there may be a slight variation between the color that appears on your computer screen or electronic device and the colors generated for your printed products. For calendars, the color of the spiral used is dependent on stock on hand.

Custom and personalized orders

Although we do strive for perfection, there may be the odd instance where an unforeseen error occurs with your order. If you receive your products and notice there is an error with your order, we will gladly remake the order for you as long as the error is deemed to be our fault and we have been provided with photos showing the discrepancy. The reprint will always be for the same product that was originally ordered. It is not possible to switch to a different product for a remake. For orders where we require your information, please ensure to double check all information when providing us your details. All information is used exactly as it is provided to us and we aren't able to issue remakes when information we received is incorrect.

What type of hanger will my calendar have?

Our calendars will either have a spiral wire coil at the top and a hole for hanging or spiral wire coil at the top and top center metal hanger. The type of hanging mechanism is dependent on stock.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Please ensure that the shipping address that is entered at checkout is the address that you would like your order shipped to. Since orders enter into production as soon as they are received, we are unable to adjust the shipping address.

Will you be providing me with a proof?

In order to ensure a quick turnaround time for our products, our orders currently do not include a proof. Please ensure to double check your personalized details prior to finalizing your order.

Can your books be used for photo albums? What steps should I follow?

Our books can be used for photo albums however please note our casebound books don't have an expandable spine and may not lay flat after photos have been added to the pages. When used as an album, we don't recommend using a significant number of photos as the book will not lay flat when closed. The number of photos that can be used per page depends on the size of the book and the size of the photos. The smaller the size and number of the photos the better. We also do not recommend putting more than 1 photo per sheet of paper as the book will become bulky and may not close if more photos are used. Mounting strips should be used instead of photo corners. These are our suggestions if you decide to use our casebound books as a photo album.

Will my printed cards or my guest book be the exact same color that I see on my screen?

Please keep in mind that colors may vary between monitors and printers. Therefore there may be a slight variation between the color that appears on your computer screen or electronic device and the colors generated for your printed products. If different products are ordered, such as vow books and guest books, colors may also vary slightly since different substrates and materials are used for different products. The foil used for our products will be either be gold, silver or rose gold depending on the selections made at checkout. Other foil colors may be available only when listed. All foil for guest books and cards is raised foil and not stamped.
