i am beyond upset right now!!! Hi Elizabeth, I can understand your very upset, I would be too if I had made the mistake. However the item title and description clearly state the game is PAL region for Europe and Oceania. My shop clearly states I’m located in Australia, as so does shipping information and tracking. Etsy is a global platform for sellers and buyers all over the world. It is not my right to restrict buyers from America or other countries from purchasing this item as they may have a PAL region or modded console to play the game, or they may be a collector.
