The item is absolutely beautiful! The colors are so vibrant and the glazing is so unique. I’m absolutely obsessed with this sponge holder, I highly recommend anyone treating themself to an item from this shop!

I ordered this rainbow mug for a project, and I eagerly waited for it to ship. So when the ship-by date passed, I messaged the seller. They said that the original item had cracked in the kiln, and that they should have a new one ready in a week or so. A couple weeks later it arrived. I'm happy with the item and the customer service.
