Our mugs are made in the U.S.A. and are a high-quality, lead-free ceramic. Additionally, we design and hand press each mug in our shop here in Missouri. The design is sublimated (heat pressed) onto the mug, making it permanent. You will not be able to feel it like with vinyl, which tends to peel after use.

Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Processing/shipping time

All mugs are made to order and typically ship within 2-3 business days. Shipment in the U.S usually takes between 3-8 business days to reach the destination. These timelines increase during holiday periods. If you are worried about timing, you can message me. I'll respond within a few hours during the day and will let you know if I can meet your needed timeframe.

What if my mug breaks during shipping?

While this doesn't occur often, mugs are fragile and can break during shipping. If this happens, please reach out as soon as possible. I will expedite a new one - no cost to you.
