- if the reason for exchange/return is my fault (for example I sent the wrong size or the item comes broken etc) - I would pay for return shipping and provide an exchange/full refund - if the reason of return/exchange is customer's fault (for example customer ordered the wrong size or color) - the customer pays for the return shipping as well as redelivery fee (in case of exchange)
