If your temperatures are below 40s, we recommend you purchase a heatpack, and if your temperatures is above 85 degrees, we recommend you hold off the purchase until your weather is cooler.

Plant damage due to severe weather during transit, rough handling of packages, and/or after receipt, neglect must be your responsibility.

If there is damage to the box, take a photo of it showing the damages, including the shipping label, then check the plant(s) inside the package immediately. If there is damage to the plant(s), take photos of the plant and notify us within 48 hours. Make sure the photos show the whole plant and damage part(s) so we can make a note on your file.

If there is some plant damage, please give the plant a chance to recover. Most plants recover quickly. If you believe there is considerable damage, let us know immediately and we'll be glad to take steps to make it right. We will either replace or refund your order.

This is my second order, it was packed full of goodies, all looked good and were planted right away! Thank you for the thoughtful packing, the plants were intact and looked really good when they arrived..the only thing i was hoping for, but was not included, was the fish bone cactus, darn! Maybe next time.
