What If I Am Unhappy With My Order?

If you are unhappy with your order please contact me at once. I will do what I can to help. You can return items that are not personalized, digital downloads or custom made goods. Custom orders and items on sale are not refundable unless I made a mistake. I will do everything I can to rectify the situation if you are unhappy with your order. This may include a product replacement. Please be sure to read the product descriptions.

Do You Ship Internationally?

I am based in North Carolina, USA. I am happy to ship internationally but am not responsible for delays or fees added at customs as I have no control or foresight over this.

How Long Have You Been In Business?

I have been in business since 2006.

What if I Accidentally Give You The Wrong Shipping Address?

***PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS, ESPECIALLY IF THIS IS A GIFT BEING SENT DIRECTLY THE RECIPIENT. If you made a mistake at checkout please contact me immediately, before the item is shipped. If the package is sent back to me (return to sender) because the address is wrong or there is no mail receptacle you will be responsible to pay the shipping charges to resend it. I will not refund the order.

If I Order A Custom Made Photo Gift, Will The Colors On The Finished Product Match The Photo Exactly?

Not exactly. Firstly, photos and image colors can vary from screen to screen. Different computer screens and mobile devices, operating systems, and even different web browsers have different color characteristics, so it’s just about impossible to get a given color to look the same on every screen. Printers don't print colors they way they look on a monitor. The picture may look one way on the monitor but doesn't print true to the screen because the image on the screen and the image from the printer use two different color sources. The screen pixels are emitted light and a printer can't print light. It uses dyes and pigments to replicate the colors.
