I live in Canada. Do I have to ship my return back to the US?

No. Canadian shoppers who wish to process a return will be able to ship their returns to a Canadian address.

Do you ship Printed Tees from Canada

Yes. Depending on which production partner manufacturers your purchased item the place of production typically falls within your country of destination with Canadian orders shipping from within Canada and US orders being produced either in the USA or Mexico, and the EU for orders shipping to Europe.

We recommend washing any printed apparel in cold water and hang drying.

Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. If the discoloration is noticeable, don't worry, it will disappear after the first wash.

What if I provide an incorrect shipping address.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for the replacement or reshipping of lost, mis-delivered, or returned product due to an incorrect address provided once your order has shipped. Reshipping of returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address will be at the expense of the customer. If you realize an incorrect shipping address was provided after submitting your order please contact us on Etsy message immediately and cancel your order right away. You can then resubmit a new order with the correct shipping address.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Shipping costs to return the item to us is the responsibility of the returner.
