Orders are normally dispatched within one or two working days of the order being placed. Some deliveries may require a signature upon arrival. In the event of you being unavailable to receive your order, a card will normally be put through your door with instructions of what to do next. Please be aware that most postal services will only hold undelivered items for one week. Proof of postage will be retained for each dispatch.

Any import duties incurred, relevant to the Country in which you reside, are the responsibility of the Buyer. If an item is returned to us -due to the failure of the buyer to pay any import duties - any refund due will be subject to deduction of all costs incurred to ourselves.

We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected, or if a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the Postal carrier & we cannot be held responsible for problems incurred by inaccurate delivery information being supplied.

Each parcel is sent with a tracking number.
Each parcel heavier than 2 kg (4,4 lb) and thicker than 3 cm (1,18 inch) will be sent with COLISSIMO & a tracking number .

For the parcels not thicker than 3 cm (1,18 inch) and below 2 kg (4,40 lb) I will send with a "LETTRE ou PAQUET SUIVIE INTERNATIONALE" with a tracking number.

Please be aware that the shipping price is the same between 4,4 and 11 lb (2 to 5 kg) and the same between 11 lb to 22,04 lb (5 to 10 kg) . So it's not necessarily more expensive to buy several items .

Our shipping prices are very carefully calculated and we do not charge customers for packaging (material/ time spent).

PACKAGING/ENVIRONMENT
Fragile items require superior packaging to ensure that they travel securely & safely to your door, this usually requires the use of some form of plastic/poly based packaging.
We use re cycled packaging wherever possible.

Please ensure when purchasing an item that the Country in which you reside does not impose any restrictions on the import of such an item or the material of which it is composed of .It is the buyers' responsibility to ensure items purchased are permitted to be imported.

Shipping - Are you able combine shipping? Yes, if two or more items are bought at the same time we are happy to combine shipping. Please be aware that shipping within France is largely dictated by the overall weight of the combined items- which means sometimes the savings can be minimal- but we only ever charge you - the face value price of shipping -no additions for packing etc.

Do you ship worldwide? Yes to every corner of the globe

Do you provide a tracked shipping ? Yes all our items are shipped on a trackable service & also insured in the case of loss. We always input the tracking number into Etsy once despatched and we follow the tracking from our end to ensure the journey runs smoothly.

Reservation/Holding items. Can I reserve one or more items? We do reserve items for regular clients -please talk to us .

Instalments Can I pay for an item in instalments? Generally no - but in exceptional circumstances and for known clients we will arrange.

Nota bene- All our items are genuine French treasures - we always describe as accurately as possible & to the best of our ability (we have too many years experience in interiors and antiques/vintage than we care to mention 😉 but we are always mindful of gaining and expanding our knowledge) - We always describe & highlight any damage or "quirks" the piece may have
However please note that most of our unique antique & vintage items, many of which are 100 years or more old and have been used previously. There will always be signs of a "previous life & history" but we believe that to be the irreplaceable charm of the item
