Upgraded Priority Mail shipping changes your shipping speed from 5-7 business days to 2-3 business days. Please note that upgrading to Priority Mail does not change production time, we process orders in the order they are received. Please message us if you need your items sooner than the quoted timeframe and we'll try our best to accommodate your timeline.

Our standard production time is 2-3 business days, please add two days if your order is placed Wed-Fri to account for the weekend. Occasionally we will be out for holidays, family time, time off, etc. If this is the case, we will extend our production time. Please refer to our shop announcement for the most up to date production time.

*Important: If our production time is extended it will not be noted in the description box of each product (we have to change these each individually). It will be automatically calculated in the shipping section of the listing and be announced on our page.

Your order will be shipped to the address you have listed on Etsy - please ensure your address is up to date. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided or lost mail. If you do not receive your package, contact us and we will work with you and the post office to help resolve the issue. If your order arrives damaged please contact your local post office to open a case.

We accept returns on unopened items, if you have opened your item we cannot return your item for safety reasons. If your return is approved you must ship the item back within 7 business days of delivery, the return shipping cost must be paid by buyer. Likewise original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

We do our best to depict our items as accurately as possible. Occasionally we use manufacturers stock photos for mockups, these images may differ slightly from the actual product.

If you'd like to assemble your garland in advance you can do so 1-2 days ahead of your event. Once assembled store your garland indoors avoiding heat and direct sunlight.

*Please note that in some cases inflating balloons in advance will cause them to oxidize giving them a chalky/matte look.
