IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

PRIZE QUANTITIES
Our scratch cards are printed in batches of 10, meaning a minimum of 10 cards must be ordered per prize. All 10 cards within each batch must have the same prize printed on them.

If you would like to offer multiple prizes, you are welcome to do so, but each prize must be ordered in a separate batch of at least 10 cards.

For example:
✔️ 10 cards with 10% off + 10 cards with a free gift = 20 cards in total.

❌ 5 cards with 10% off + 5 cards with a free gift = Not possible.

We cannot split a batch of 10 cards between different prizes.

NON-WINNING CARDS
Non-winning cards are NOT automatically included with your order.

If you would like to include non-winning cards alongside your prize cards, these must also be ordered in separate batches of 10.

For example, if you want 20 prize cards and 10 non-winning cards, you must order 3 batches of 10 cards in total.

Please ensure you select the correct quantities for each prize and any non-winning cards you require when placing your order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- We do not send digital proofs of orders as standard. If you would like a digital proof to approve your design before printing, please request one with your order. This must be done before your order has been shipped, as once your order is shipped we can not make any changes.

- We print our scratch cards in batches of 10 cards, therefore all 10 cards MUST have the SAME PRIZE printed on them. We CANNOT do less than 10 cards with different prizes on.

For example, if you wanted to offer 2 different prizes to your customers, we can do 10 cards with one prize, and 10 cards with another prize. We however CANNOT do 5 with one prize, and 5 with another. There must be a MINIMUM of 10 cards per prize.

- We DO NOT automatically add in any NON WINNING cards. If you want any NON WINNING cards your must order these in packs of 10 as you would the other prized cards.

- We do not create logos. To order these cards you must have YOUR OWN LOGO FILE to send to us, to print.

- We can not be held responsible for blurry logo prints, if the logo sent to us is blurry then it will print blurry too. We highly recommend you sending your ORIGINAL LOGO FILE, and not sending us a version saved from your social media account, or a screen shot of the file. If you do this, it is likely to result in a blurry print.

- We do not offer foiled / shiny printing of logos or text. The scratch off circles are shiny/foiled - however the text and logos ae not.

- These cards are business card sized, and DO NOT come with envelopes.
