Where can I find my files?

ETSY ACCOUNT USERS: 1. Use an internet browser (Safari, Chrome, etc) 2. Go to your purchases at etsy.com/your/purchases. 3. Click on your purchase from Allayandco shop. 4. Click the "Download Files" button. 5. Open the AllayandcoDownloadLink text document and click the Dropbox link. 6. Your file will automatically download. Simply choose which print size you’d like to print. Read the instruction sheet for further information. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been cancelled or removed. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

Where should I print my digital artwork?

After purchase, inside your zip file, you will receive access to a instruction sheet that includes best printing practices and step by step directions to print your art. Printing services we recommend: ✦ pictorem.com ✦ Frameiteasy.com ✦ henrysphotocentre.com ✦ finerworks.com ✦ theprintspace.co.uk ✦ thestackhouse.com You can also print at your local copy centers such as Staples, Walgreens and others. Once downloaded, upload the size print of your choice online or save your files to a USB drive to to have them print it. ✦ 𝑩𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒐𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏? We highly recommend a printing our digital art at a professional printing service company. For technical inquiries, please reach out to their support team for assistance.

Can I use the art in your shop for Commercial purposes?

𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐜𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘. Art obtained from the Allay&co is not to be used for commercial purposes. Sharing or distributing download files or documents you receive from Allayandco (jpg and/or pdf) is strictly prohibited. The only exception to the rule is for Interior Designers who provide a service for their client and have reached out directly to the shop owner in advance.

I can’t find my download notification email.

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future. For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Made-to-order digital items will be sent once the seller has finished them. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact the seller directly to discuss how they can send you your files.

Color and quality may vary from the printing technique and/or paper medium selected. We do list of great options for best quality printing services.

Does Allay&co have a website?

Allay&co will be launching its official website in 2023. Available on this site will be current digital prints on Etsy and more, with future plans to offer paper prints shipped to the US and Canada. Downloading from Dropbox

No Dropbox account is required to download your files. If prompted to log in or sign up, simply click "or continue with download only." For best results, I recommend downloading the files directly to your personal computer or device. To download the high-resolution files, open the individual file you need and click the download icon for a direct download. **Important:** Please do not right-click and save the image displayed on your screen, as this will only save a low-resolution preview. Instead, download each file individually to ensure you receive the correct resolution. Avoid downloading entire folders unless you are comfortable with extracting compressed zip files.
