Custom and personalized orders

Atelier Solelh products are made to order in our studio, so we can respond to tailor-made requests. For example: a trophy with your fabric, custom rattan rings, ceramic medallions with your first name or logo, etc. Feelfree to contact us, via Etsy messaging or directly at hello@solelh.fr.

A simple regular dusting will suffice, and if necessary, dusting with a damp cloth and without household products. Our rattan decorative items are not varnished, and therefore they are not intended to be placed outside your home.

Exchanges and refunds

At Atelier Solelh we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If this does not suit you, contact us within 14 days of the delivery of your order to exchange your items. Please note that the shipping costs will be your responsibility. Only defective or damaged items can be refunded, and in this case we bear the cost of returns;

Order processing time

Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 working days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, containing the tracking link for your package.
