Do to the custom nature of my products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any special requests, or specifics through Etsy messages during the process of your order. We will only know of a special or exact request if you preface it in Etsy messages or the custom field when you order. What if my package is lost or delayed in transit?

Hanna at Home Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages - as after we deliver your package to the shipping carrier these circumstances are out of our control, and it is their responsibility to deliver your item(s) safely and on time. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delayed or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, you can get the last scanned GPS coordinates of your package and file a mail theft report with your local police station. **Note that you can message me here on Etsy to ask fro help tracking a package, I will be glad to check tracking for you.

If items go on sale after I order, will I be refunded the difference?

The price paid at the time of purchase is the price of the item. For instance, if a 10% sale goes live after customers order, we will not go back and refund all previous customers the sale difference.

What if my item is shipped back, or returned to sender?

If a customers package is returned to sender for ANY reason, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any re-shipping fees.
