1 - Width always comes First, Then Height.
For example, a 10ft x 8ft banner is Horizontal,
but an 8ft x 10ft banner is vertical.
2. Size and Resolution of a graphic are Different.
Size - refers to its width and height (its dimensions).
Resolution - refers to: dots per inch (dpi).
This is the measurement of dots density, The higher the better.
We suggest 150 DPI at real size.

** Shipping **
Standard shipping times may be delayed by the shipping Carrier UPS/FEDEX/USPS. While the shipping carrier will make every effort to deliver within the specific shipping times, BusinessEventsSign, and the shipping carriers cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Booth BusinessEventsSign, and Shipping carriers will not issue refunds on delayed or missing packages from Shipping Carrier.

Please Note: FedEx and UPS have changed their oversized fees. As a result, All banners 73" (6’ 1”) or longer on their shortest side will be folded and shipped in a box. All banners 72" (6’) and under on their shortest side will be rolled and shipped in standard tubes or boxes.
