When you take this listing, you get the business cards in the quantity you specified in the first dropdown list with the following qualities:
★ Quantity – choose in drop-downs
★ Quality – Colored Fine Art Paper, hundreds of options and colors.

★ Paper - white or colored paper at your choose. You can combine different paper colors for the face and back sides.
★ Thickness – approximately 550-600 gsm depending on paper chosen
★ Size 55x85 mm or close to it according to approval list
★ Foiling - choose in the second drop-down the total number of foil colors for both sides. For example, gold foil on face side and gold foil on back side are considered as two foils.
★ Spot UV coating is available and is considered as one foil color.
★ Please note that the final colors may / will differ slightly from what you see on the screen.
★ Holographic foil effect is highly dependent on lighting: may appear mostly gold in some conditions; rainbow effect visible at certain angles or in direct light

DESIGN PROCESS and CONFIRMATION TO PRINT

Either you have your own design, or I do it for you, I make a mock-up and send it to you to show how the real card will look with the options you choose. If everything looks good, I prepare the cards for printing and submit the Approval list for final approval. When the Approval list is confirmed, I start printing. This moment is the beginning of the printing process and the countdown.
If something doesn't look the way you wanted it, I can change it. You can also update your order, if needed, with additional options such as an additional foil color or full-color printing option, or whatever else is required.
If I do design for you, I will make unlimited edits until you like the result. However, I kindly ask you to provide complete revisions, one at a time.

TIMING

Design.
In case if you have your design I need about one business day to do the mock-up that shows how the card will look. If I do the card design, I may need several (1-3) business days to provide the designs. All the further edits sent in one request are usually made during one business day. The design process does not have any specific time range and often depends on the time of the client’s response. Please, keep this in mind if you are in a rigid framework.
PLEASE NOTE: This is life and anything can happen, and sometimes the design process takes longer than expected. In this case, if we have not been able to meet the deadline indicated on Etsy for submitting the order, I must check it as completed and then process the order as usual.

Production
For standard orders, it usually takes me 4-7 business days to print the item. For non-standard products, this period may be longer and depends on the processes and the ordered amount. Please note that in both cases, the countdown starts after the Approval List is confirmed.

Shipping
In order to provide my clients with the best quality at reasonable prices, I can work with contractors from outside the United States. These are proven companies with whom I have a lot of experience. This item is in the list of products, manufactured outside the United States. Thus, standard shipping times are approximately two weeks to US addresses and can take up to a month worldwide. Express shipping is available in 3-6 days worldwide.

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase but no refund if a rush order is submitted to print.

No RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS. So, please carefully and attentively check the info you wrote in the message.

DIGITAL FILES

Digital files can't be refunded.
I do edits only before sending the file to the customer. The final file is sent to the client after final approval only. After this moment no refunds and edits can be made.

 IMPORTANT

If a draft has been created, I can only refund 50% of the total amount that you have paid.
There will be no refund at all for unresponsive drafts on orders after 30 days from the date of purchase and will be closed automatically. Though we are ready to fulfill those orders.
So, please carefully and attentively check the info you send AND the Approval List I send before printing.

The minimum order is 100 cards. No reason for less, the price remains almost the same as for 100. If you need a different quantity, just let me know!
