This whimsical heart rice bag is great for heat therapy, cold therapy, weighted pad, or just as a decorative piece to display! Rice bags have long been used to help alleviate stiff necks, cold feet, and sore backs! They're great as a stress reliever and to aid in relaxation.

For heat therapy, simply microwave 1-2 minutes, test for comfort (increasing heating time in 30 second intervals as needed), and apply to neck, abdomen, etc as desired. For cold therapy, place rice bag in sealed bag and freeze before applying to sore or tense areas.

Measures approximately 10" across widest part of heart and 10" from the top of each side down to the tip of the heart.

Filled with approximately 2 1/2 pounds of white rice.
