Is tracking available for my order?

If your order can be classed as a 'letter' (determined by size and weight) then tracking is NOT available. To get tracking is a lot more expensive and I try to keep postage costs down. If your order is sent as a 'parcel' (determined by size and weight) then it WILL have a tracking number. If you specifically want to have a tracking number, please message me and I will organise it for you, though you will have to pay the extra postage cost. Thank-you for your understanding!

What happens if my order is LOST in the mail?

I post your order in good faith! If tracking is available, I will provide you with the tracking number. Once your order is posted, the risk will be yours! Sometimes you have to be very patient as the mail delivery can be slow!! (especially for international orders) It has been my experience that orders DO arrive, or are returned to me. If returned to me, I will contact you to decide how we want to proceed. Thank-you for your understanding! If you have any concerns about this, please contact me.

I purchased a 'Digital Download' item. How do I download my file/s?

You as a customer, are responsible for being able to download/access your files. Please make sure that you are downloading the files to your Computer or Laptop (downloads will not work on smartphones & other devices). To access your files, click the link in your Etsy order receipt OR: Go to https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases > Locate your purchase > download from the button on the right that says: "Download Files". Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, you can choose this option at checkout - and usually it's no problem to post your order express. BUT - with custom orders that I have to paint, please check with me first, because I need more time for these orders. Thank you!

Personalise these lovely, clear, glass, double walled coffee mugs to make them into a great gift.

You can personalise with a name or choose one of the suggested coffee quotes that you can see in the photos.

You can also have your own quote or other words - just let me know, but NO rude or swear words please!

I have other images and fonts that I can use - so if you have something in mind, please contact me and we can discuss options. You can add a simple image such as a heart, star, flower and more. Let me know your idea.

To personalise these mugs I use good quality vinyl which adheres very well to the glass mug.
WHITE or BLACK looks great - and other options are also available.

These mugs are a good size - holding 350 ml.
They are about 10 cm tall and 8.5 cm in diameter.
NOTE: My newer stock has a slightly longer handle than shown in the photos.

Suitable for HOT or COLD drinks.

They are double walled - which means they are designed to keep drinks hotter or colder for longer. The outside surface is not too hot to touch - and they have a nice handle.

Please wash before use - and gentle handwashing is recommended - NOT dishwasher. This will keep your vinyl decal lasting well and as long as possible. These are also NOT for the microwave.

To avoid fracturing the inner wall, take care when using metal spoons or ice-cubes.

The mugs are designed to be lightweight and durable.
