I LOVE this! As someone with ADHD, my poor plant babies get neglected at times and I do my best and work hard to tend them. I love these sheets because not only can I see the plant, but I can remember and learn about their ideal growing conditions. 100% recommend!

The forms are wonderful and very useful. I love the fact that they are fillable. The only thing that I would change is make the two pages separate so that it would be easier print the first page repeatedly after filling it in for each of my plants without printing the second page or changing the printer setting each time so it won’t print.
