Can you send me the files, I didn't get an email.

I am not always near my computer to send files. Sometimes it take a few minutes for your payment to go through. Once your payment goes through, there will be an email with a link to your download. If you don't get the email, check your spam folder. For some reason the link can go in that folder. If you still don't have it, go to your Etsy profile on a computer (not your phone) and click the drop down arrow next to your profile image. Click on Purchases and Reviews and it will have your most recent purchase at the top. You can then click on your purchase and there is a download files button on the right side of that order.
