Do you make your items in house?

All of my acrylic laser items are made in house by me. I design all of my stickers and magnets. I UV print my own products in house. If you have any questions, please let me know. I also offer a variety of my sources to help other artists in my IG highlight "supplies." I pride myself in being a SELF MADE business owner who manages this all by myself. I have date stamps of when my products/designs were created as well and I maintain all the files. NO AI IS USED!!!!!!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do, however I cannot ship to the EU anymore due to the new GSPR regulations. I can ship everywhere else.

How do I care for my items?

For earrings: the surgical steel hoops I use for my earrings are very hardy. I workout, sleep, shower and have swam in the ocean with my earrings and the hoops last and don't tarnish. My hoops contain no nickel so they are great for sensitive ears. Keychains, coasters, tumbler toppers etc: Acrylic is waterproof, can sustain the outside elements and it's pretty hardy. But handmade doesn't mean indestructible. So please beware that your items might get scratches or finger prints when you use it. If you drop/step on them, they may get damaged or crack. Please beware of using harsh chemicals around acrylic which may cause the iridescent acrylic to peel.

What material are your earring hoops?

Earring hoops are 316 Surgical Stainless Steel. They come in gold and steel colored. I used to use gold plated/silver plated hoops but stopped about 2-3 years ago! They are high quality and don't tarnish.

Do you sell wholesale?

I do sell my work wholesale! I have items on FAIRE but I also do custom orders if you are interested in things you don’t see on FAIRE. PM me to discuss. I am currently in retailers/boutiques across the US and some international. I do NOT allow white labeling of my products. All of my items must be sold with my name and branding on it. Please notify me if you notice someone not giving me credit for my work. I prefer to go through FAIRE however, if the custom order is off FAIRE, a contract must be signed. I can authenticate any retailer who purchases my goods. So you may see my items floating around in certain shops that are not my own. I appreciate anyone who notifies me if you suspect someone stealing or scamming using my own work!

My order says delivered but isn't in my mailbox?

Time is of the essence in this situation. Please call your local post office, ask to speak to a supervisor and tell them you'd like them to GPS track where your package was delivered. Sometimes the post office misdelivers packages and the faster you notify them, the better the chance they will find your package.

What material are your earring wires/hooks and jump rings?

In 2024, I switched my jump rings and ear wires to have longer lasting and better quality attributes. The new products I will be using are stainless steel jump rings and stainless steel ear wires which are: more durable, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant. I offer: normal stainless steel and gold plated stainless steel. The earring hooks will come with a silicone earring backer.

Do you do custom work?

Yes! I do! I have some custom listings available in my shop. I prefer to do work that is similar to my style and niche. If you have any custom ideas, please send me a message and we can talk details!

My order is lost in the mail, what can we do about it?

If your order gets lost in the mail, please file a case with Etsy. There are protections in place that protect both me as the seller and you as the buyer. Please open a case and get a refund. If you would like to purchase the items again, feel free after getting your refund. Please utilize this Etsy feature as the cost of shipping and the cost of living is getting too high to send out multiple packages due to post office errors.

What to know

These are unique earrings made with iridescent acrylic. The iridescent is color-shifting and a bit translucent. They are not solely blue despite the way they look in photos sometimes. The size of the heart charm is: 1.1 x 1.2 inches, which is a little bigger than a quarter.

My heart earrings come on a medium sized surgical steel hoop that comes in gold or steel. The hoops are nickel free and great for sensitive ears. Please remember that handmade products are not indestructible. If my products are treated roughly, there is a chance they might break or scratch so treat them with love and care.

My earrings come in protective jewelry boxes. When you order multiple earrings, I pack multiple earrings in one larger jewelry box. If you need items packed in their own jewelry boxes, please let me know!
