D. Once your purchase is complete, SEND US YOUR PHOTO:

of the receipt in your email, then click where it says
"Attach image" and select the photo from your device.
Or in your Etsy account click on your purchases page, click
"Contact the Shop" and attach the photo to the message.

D. Within 24 hours free picture proof of your map
will be sent to you via Etsy chat - Please make sure to respond!

This poster will contain the actual map of the sky created from the date and location you provide.

You will receive a picture proof via Etsy chat or email within 24 hours.
Please try to respond to the proof letter as quickly as possible.
After the image is approved, production will take 2-6 business days, and then your poster will be shipped.

If you chose the frame option, you will receive matte paper.

There are two paper options:
- Flat matte finish
- Luster finish (The luster paper is more of a semi-gloss: a mixture of a gloss and matte finish).
