1. Please contact me about any damage to the picture first. 2. I will need photographs of the damage to the artwork and packaging before a refund or a resend is OK'd. 3. If there somehow occurred a defect from my side (not the right size/ not the right design/ some production defect), then we cover shipping the order again from our side.
