Standard UK delivery is free Standard delivery for the rest of the world - this will show before checking out depending on what country you are in. Please note, Etsy delivery window estimates are not accurate so please do not rely on these - they are not guarantees.

How long does an order take to process?

Please note, each individual item is made to order to reduce waste and we can't guarantee delivery times. Orders are usually printed & packaged within 3-5 working days, so should arrive approx. 8 working days from order date. During busy periods this may increase to 10 or more working days so please allow ample time for delivery. Estimated delivery windows are set by Etsy and are not always accurate, so please do not rely on these. Please get in touch if you have an urgent order and we'll do our very best to help you.

What if my order arrives damaged / is incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us directly. We respond to correspondence very quickly and we will make sure your order is replaced as soon as possible.

I want a digital download instead of a physical print - do you offer these?

Yes, if you would prefer not to have a physical print posted to you we can make any of our prints into a digital download for you instead. We are gradually adding digital download options to our shop, but please get in touch if you want to order a digital download that isn't yet listed and we'll create it for you ASAP.

Can I order a print in any size?

If you need a print in a size that isn't listed on our dropdown menu of size options, please get in touch. In most cases we can create a custom size print for you.

What happens if I return an item from a discounted multi-buy order?

Multi-buy discounts (e.g. 10% off when purchasing 3 or more items) apply only when the qualifying number of items is kept. If part of an order is returned and the order no longer meets the discount criteria, the order will be recalculated at full price for the remaining items and the refund will reflect this revised total. Examples: • If you purchase 3 prints with a 10% discount and later return 1 print, the order will be recalculated as a 2-print order at full price. • If you purchase 4 prints with a 10% discount and return 1 print, you still qualify for the discount and the returned print will be refunded at the discounted price paid.
