The sizing in different countries and even between different shoe brands is not consistent. I suggest measuring your feet by tracing them on a piece of paper with your full weight on the foot you are tracing. Make sure to keep the pencil/pen at 90 degrees to the surface of the paper. Measure the longest distance between your heel and toes and add that number into the notes when ordering.

Please leave your phone number with the order if you opt for express delivery. Packages sent by courier take 2-3 days to reach their destination (do not forget to take into account the production time).

Ready to ship items will be shipped 1-3 working days after payment. Made to order items will be made and shipped in 10-20 days. In Holiday seasons, due to large amount of orders, making of custom orders can take longer.

Soleing materials for slippers

Latex coating -- non slip coat of latex, flexible and thin, makes your slippers more grippy on any floor. Rubber -- thin flexible rubber soling, protects your slippers from wet conditions, suitable for inside wear. Natural rubber -- made from natural latex, durable, non slip, good for a dash outside to grab your papers or have a coffee on a patio. Upcycled leather -- soft, non slip soleing for very quiet and smooth experience. The leather has been upcycled from old clothing.

Refunds and Restocking Fee

All returned items are refunded minus shipping fee. All items with free shipping incur a restocking fee if returned for refund. The restocking fee is 10% of the cost of the item but no less than 20€

Buyers address and undelivered packages

The buyer is responsible for giving their correct and current delivery address. In case of the address is incorrect or the buyer exceeds the maximum holding time and the package is returned to the seller, the seller agrees to reship the package only if the buyer pays for the repeat shipping. If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the package is returned, the seller will deduct all the additional expenses incurred because of this and will refund the difference to the buyer. Exceptions for custom orders apply.

Replacement items, refunds and packaging requirements

All returns should be posted in a polymailer bag securely packaged (can be a bubble poly mailer bag). Replacement items will be started upon receipt of the original item. Refunds will be processed only after we receive the original item. Set of felt shoes and leg warmers - this item is for a one pair of the organic wool felted shoes and one pair of boiled wool leg warmers. You can choose leg warmers from 3 options - grey, beige or striped. In this set I suggest naturally brown organic wool shoes (1,2 pictures) or black-brown wool shoes (3,4 pictures).

All items are made of organic eco-friendly wool and yarn, which were not chemicaly treated, undyed. Every item is made by hands. Only soap, hot and boiling water were used in the felting process. Rubber soles are are stitched and glued to the soles by professional shoemaker.

My second purchase from this wonderful seller! The wool is just the right thickness, and my feet sigh with relief when I slip these on! My first pair had the thinner glue on soles, and are meant for indoors, though I kept wearing them outside, so I ordered these to wear out instead. These soles are stitched on and quite sturdy. The leg warmers appear to be more felted than knitted, so they are slightly more stiff than slouchy, but I absolutely love them and I wear them around the house with my wool slippers. I'm in love with her wool products! I'm going to put another pair of slippers on my Christmas wish list! They even arrived much quicker than I expected, and the packaging was well done. I appreciate the little extras she included for me too. Can't say enough good things about their customer service and the quality!
