HOW TO ORDER:

2. Choose Size and Digital file No Shipping/Wrapped Canvas/Canvas with Frame/Poster
3. Add your personalisation
4. Add to your cart then complete purchase.
5. Send your photos and Font if you want to add personalise via Etsy message. Please see Type of Fonts in Slide before the last slide
6. You will receive proof within 2-5 days
7. If you would like to request corrections on the picture feel free to let us know. We will try our utmost to meet your request. If not we will print and ship your product (or send through email if you choose digital file)
8. Please note that if you would like to change/add photo or change placement on proof to redo portrait, £9/PERSON/PET REQUIRED.
9. Our portrait is horizontal style and draw from chest/belly up. If you want to change from chest/belly up photo to full body or change the length of character/photo when the draft photo is done there will be a charge. The charge will depend on the complexity of the changes.
10. We understand that some requests may be more complex and require additional time beyond the standard requirements. In such cases, there may be an extra charge to accommodate the necessary adjustments and effort. We strive to maintain a professional approach in handling all customizations and will be transparent with any additional fees incurred for these specialized requests.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS:

Because we have experienced restore old photos HOWEVER for the best result, we would recommend you to send photos which meets the following requirements:

1. Non-blurry photos with full face features and hairstyles. Also the photos should be taken in place with good lighting and not over brightened. Old & Blurry Photos might be okay if they are the only photos you could find. We will try our best but BE AWARE that it might affect the outcome of final artwork. .
2. Face not blocked by someone
3. If you can send photos that are compatible with each others, you can get much better results

RETURN:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costr. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All SALES are FINAL because its custom order. We do not accept return.
