Dispatch and Delivery

Items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Bank holidays or weekends. Estimated delivery times vary depending on postal services used and selected. We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we can not guarantee them. Once items have been dispatched and are in the hands of the postal system we are unable to influence their progress. There can be delays that are beyond our control eg postal strikes, weather, etc. Standard shipping in the UK is by The Royal Mail. If express delivery is selected please note the lead/processing time remains the same so you may not received your order next day. We currently don't offer overseas shipping, sorry.

Please check the details you provide when ordering. We make the item specifically as requested and therefore if your details are incorrect we are unable to change them once the item has been produced. We do not accept cancellations once the item has been produced, as custom requests can be available. If you don't see what you would like please get in touch. Please note we do not provide proofs of any of our items. We don't reproduce copyrighted or registered logos. For anything other than advertised and outlined within the item description - sizes, non-english characters, etc please contact us before purchase to ensure we can produce your request - failure to do this may result in your order being cancelled.

We aim to answer within 24 hours, if we have not answered with 24 hours please contact us again. Please also be aware we work on GMT or BST as we are based in the UK.

Please check and ensure you have given the correct postal address. This can be found on your confirmation email. If it is incorrect please advise us immediately. If your item is sent to the incorrect address and is returned to us we will require that the shipping costs to resend is paid for by yourself. We will also require the shipping to be repaid if the item is returned to us due to the buyer having failed to collect or reschedule a suitable redelivery.

The approx size of the item is detailed in the description. Please read the full description as this gives you the information about the item. Once a purchase has been made we can not change the size. If you order and request a different size to what has been purchased your order will be cancelled. We can make custom sizes please message us before purchase.

If adding a 'need by date' to your order, please be aware that we do not guarantee to accommodate your request. We work within the set timescales we give. Please contact us before ordering to ensure we can accommodate your request by the messaging system. Leaving a 'need by date' on your order will not be seen until we get to your order and this may be after the date you require. We do not accept responsibility for your failure to contact us via the messaging system.

There is something wrong with my order, how can you help?

While we always do our best to ensure your order is perfect, we are only human and sometimes mistakes can happen. We'll gladly put things right so please get in touch with us via Etsy message with the following information: 1. Your order number 2. A description of the issue 3. An image of the produce received, clearly showing the issue.

My order is a gift, how will that be sent?

Your order will be sent out with great care and packaged the same as all of our orders. All orders are sent with a delivery note detailing the contents of the order. But with a gift order no prices are shown.

How do I let you know what I want?

All details on how to order are available within the product item description. Please leave us as much information as you can. Remember to double check spelling, grammar and whether you want capital/lower case or mixed - as we make it how you send it (unless otherwise stated in the description). Leave us a message of the stitching colours needed as we have hundreds of colours available it's not possible to add all of them on the drop down options.

My Iron on backing won't stick

Iron on backing is a thin layer of glue that is activated by heat. This is only a temporary fixing and is highly recommended that you sew on your patch for permanence. Instructions will be included in your order - please follow them as we have trialled this process a lot and it always works for us. If you have any problems please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Measures approx: 30cm x 6cm (11 3/4" x 2 1/4")

Perfect for adding to the back of your denim/leather jacket or other garments.

We recommend approx. 14 characters (including spaces) to keep the lettering large. Your requested text will be adjusted in size to fit the patch. Email us if you are unsure whether your custom text will fit.

This patch is made from top quality embroidery badge felt & thread. Only top quality products sourced in the UK are used in the production of our patches.
