Overseas packages can sometimes take up to 6 weeks to clear customs so please be aware if your items are taking a long time to arrive - this may very well be the cause. If there is duty to pay you will be contacted by the customs authority to pay the additional customs due.

For UK standard shipping:
The standard option is Royal Mail 2nd class, this is not a tracked service & delivery dates are an estimate only, we are not responsible for how long it takes to reach you (allow 10 days before contacting us). We reccomend that if your event date is within 3 weeks of ordering to upgrade to our Tracked shipping options.

We do not hold any responsibility if the wrong address is provided on purchase so please ensure details are correctly entered. If your order is sent tracked you will be provided with the tracking reference. If you are unable to take delivery then please ensure you leave instructions for the delivery service.

If the parcel is undeliverable, it will be returned to sender. We can redispatch the products, but a new delivery charge will need to be paid by the customer and this will obviously result in a delay.

Please see the individual product pages for the processing times and ensure you choose a suitable delivery method. Items that arrive too late cannot be refunded, the delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

Currently during this busy time we are unable to povide digital proofs/mock-ups of orders, we print all of our orders to match the images of the designs shown on the product page.

I am happy to refund any unused item that is still saleable and in its original condition, but this does not include personalised, custom-made products. Please contact me within 14 days if there are any issues with your item.

All shipping is combined, provided all items are going to the same address. This means you will only pay a single shipping charge for your order, not for each item.
(The only exception is added cost to international orders which is calculated by weight).

Our ceramic pieces are created with the utmost care. However, due to the nature of the manufacturing process, each piece is unique and may exhibit slight variations in color, texture on the edges, and dimensions.

Orders will be processed within the timeframe shown on the listing page (3-5 days). Need your order in a hurry? - Simply add our 'Rush My Order' listing to your cart along with the other items and we will make sure to have your order shipped within 48 hours of ordering (Mon-Fri) rather than being shipped within our usual processing timeframe of 3-5 business days.

Remember to choose the relevant shipping at checkout as this listing only speeds up the processing timeframe and not the shipping timeframes.
