Original designs by Martina Zrnic (BCJ Art & Design/Dreaming fairies shop) are Copyrigthted under German copyright law. All rights belong to the author. NonCommercial — You may not use any of the materials for commercial purposes. NoDerivatives — Derivates are not allowed without written consent from the author. If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material. Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the extended rights license, and indicate if changes were made. Unless you obtained an extended rights licence, you're not allowed to re-sale any of the materials.

Where are my orders shipped from?

Printful has facilities in: Canada, USA, Mexico, Europe - European Union & United Kingdom. Whenever it's possible, they will ship from the facility closest to your country of residence, or depending on stock availability.

Why do I have to pay TAX? Who gets my TAX money?

If your country mandates by law that sales TAX has to be charged - Etsy only collects the tax and then remits it to your country. As a seller, I do not get your tax money.

Did you make these designs?

Yes. The designs you see in my shop were either: 1. made by me from scratch (illustrated from sketches to finished digital designs that can be printed), or 2. They're made by me using licensed materials from other artists. This means I paid to use someone's art on my product design.

Which programs do you use to create these designs?

I use Adobe Illustrator, since most of my work is vector illustration.

I'm afraid you might not understand my message. Do you speak English? Can I contact you with my message in another language?

Yes, I speak fluent English. I started learning English when I was 6 (I am 33 now) and I've been using it for 27 years. I also understand Italian, Spanish & German, as I've attended Language Gymnasium and took language classes later on at college. Please feel free to contact me in any language. 1. Etsy translates your message to me, 2. I consult with a translator before responding, to make sure that nothing gets lost in translation =)

Why is your shop name Dreaming Fairies and it says "design by BCJ Art & Design"?

I already have another shop where I sell journals that I sculpt from polymer clay. I couldn't use the same name twice. BCJ Art & Design is the name of my entire brand / my small company. I am it's only employee and creator. As many other artists, I do many different things... paint, sculpt, do graphic design, sell originals and prints. In order not to confuse people, I like to keep these two shops separate.

Are you open for commissions?

Yes. Please feel free to contact me with your idea in a private message. If it's physically possible, I'll accept the project.
