Most items are sent in a cute gift envelope ready for gifting, unless you purchase the gift box option. I strive to be environmentally friendly. I try to reduce packing to one or two boxes/gift envelopes (depending on the quantity ordered). If you need your jewelry in separate boxes/gift envelopes, please write me and I will do so.

All orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct BEFORE finishing your check out. Seller is not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finishing the purchase.

USA / Canada: 5-20 Business days
Europe: 3-5 weeks

I'll do my best to dispatch all my orders ASAP and meet these shipping estimates, but I cannot guarantee them as once the packages are shipped, it’s up to Canada Post and USPS to deliver them. Before and after Christmas there can be up to 3 weeks of delays (Nov 15th to Jan 15th).

Since international mail is affected by several circumstances, please understand that once the package is sent, transit times, custom delays and delivery times are totally beyond my control.

I carefully inspect all my pieces before they leave the studio. If ever an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately - within 24 hours of receiving.

LOST · OR · DAMAGED · PACKAGES

I do not accept any package which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during the transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.

RETURNED · MAIL

I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

I will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.
