Marked as a gift?
It means gift wrapped with a cardboard box and gift paper or gift paper only, it depends on the weight. No commercial invoice in the parcel. Commercial invoice required are outside of the parcel for the customs.

My brand is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister with registration number DE1132046661227. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is separated, reused and/or disposed of in the right recycling containers, at home or locally.

I always wrap the items very carefully and safety. But if an item arrives damaged, please contact me on the same day of the receipt. The item and its shipping cost will be refunded.
IMPORTANT! Do not forget to attach photos of the damaged item and photos of the damaged cardboard with your claim.

If you are disappointed or unhappy with your purchase, please contact me. You can return or exchange only within 30 days after receiving the item. All shipping cost are your charge.

The item will be posted within this time in its original package. You will shoulder the cost of shipping the item back to me. As soon as the item arrives at home, if it is in the same state as when I sent it to you, I will refund you, the amount you have paid, minus the cost of shipping.

If possible, I will be happy to quote a price for combined shipping.
Just let me know before the order. And specify the country of destination of the parcel. Otherwise, if you have paid too much for the shipping, I'll recalculate and I'll issue a refund before shipping.

Important : Because I only want to propose a high quality service, a signature may be required for delivery! With the exception for France of small parcels that can fit in a standard letterbox.

But, If you prefer shipping without a signature, please let me know. Just ask me before order, or write a note when you order. Only less than 2 kilos parcels are concerned.

If the item is not yet delivered 2 weeks after the end of the estimated delivery time, you can request reimbursement of delivery costs. Please contact me.

Then an investigation will be open. And if the item is declared lost by La Poste, I will issued a total refund.

I always ship with tracking number and signature required. But if you choose a delivery without a signature, I am not responsible if an item is lost.

If the parcel doesn't arrive and return to me due to wrong or insufficient address, the price of the item will be refunded after deduction of cost incurred by shipping.
If you have been informed by me or by your Post Office that your parcel is at your disposal and if you do not pick it up in time :
- I'll refund, as soon as the parcel is arrived to me, ONLY THE ITEM PRICE after deduction of cost inccured by shipping.
-If you want it again, you will have to pay the shipping cost.
If you have not been informed by me or by your Post Office, that your parcel was at your disposal :
- I'll issued to you a total refund, as soon as the parcel is arrived to me.
- If you want me to ship it again to you, you will have to order for it again.
