All licenses are non-exclusive and will be sold to multiple buyers. Design is flat without layers, simply send it to the printer who can resize it to your desired size. If they don't provide this service and you need a specific size, please let me know after your purchase and I will be happy to help. Please note mock-up preview is not true to size.

★COMMERCIAL LICENCE UNDER 500 USES/METRES
This licence is suitable for a small business or a fabric company for seasonal printing.
The basic commercial license gives you limited usage, up to 500 items or metres.
You are allowed to print physical items for sale (fabrics, shirts, hats, tumblers, water bottles, mugs, blankets, curtains, stationary and etc.)
You are allowed to use them on social media and paid advertisement.
Once you sell 500 items/metres and would like to carry on selling the item, you must purchase another licence.

★EXTENDED COMMERCIAL USE - UNLIMITED PRINTS/USAGE
This licence is suitable for large business or a fabric company.
You are allowed to print physical items for sale (fabrics, shirts, hats, tumblers, water bottles, mugs, blankets, curtains, stationary and etc.) with unlimited prints/metres.
You are allowed to use them on social media and paid advertisement.

Rights: All images and designs relating to Tatra Cottage, including copyright and ownership rights in which the images are stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of Tatra Cottage and the artist Erika Major. The design not be amended in any way by the purchaser. The purchaser is not allowed to resell the design to another company or claim that he/she designed it. Elements within any design may be reused in future designs and by Tatra Cottage and the artist Erika Major. Tatra Cottage is allowed to sell the design on other platforms such as Spoonflower, Fashion Formula, Creative Market, Redbubble and etc.

Creation: The Artist cannot be held responsible for printing errors. Colours may vary depending on the type of fabric printer. All designs are created at 300dpi RGB colour mode. When uploading your design to an online printing website, ensure these settings are correct.

If the purchaser breaches this agreement, it will be reported to Etsy and legal actions might be taken.
