OVERVIEW:
A beautiful and meaningful sympathy card with a plantable heart containing Forget-me-Not and Poppy seeds. The inside of the card is left blank for you to write your own special message.

**I can add a handwritten, personalised message on the inside at an additional cost if needed. Please select the correct options from the drop down menu and make sure to add your message in the personalisation box. Check all spelling carefully and don't hesitate to contact me prior to ordering if you have any questions. Please don't use emojis - this is a handwritten note and therefore they will not be used. Personalised cards can be sent to the recipient so please make sure you add THEIR delivery details at checkout and not your own! They will still be sent in a board-back envelope with my details and return address on the front.**

DETAILS:
This natural and beautiful quality card is made from 280gsm recycled stock with a choice of a matching envelope or brown Kraft envelope. The card is a pale cream with fibre flecks throughout. Every card will be slightly different and some contain larger flecks than others, giving a stunning rustic appearance. Please see close up photos.

They are A6 sized once folded and attached on the front is a 48mm wide (approx) heart made from seeded card and contains Forget-me-Not and Poppy seeds. A perfect addition for such a meaningful card. Planting instructions are printed on the reverse of the card.
