Custom and personalized orders

Tell us the measurements you want. Tell us if you want us to work with a range of colors. We will paint the different parts of the work. We will then send you a composition proposal before we start quilting. When you give us your approval, we will work on the different pieces and quilt them. Once it is finished we will show you a photo and send you the piece. We always start with white silk, so there may be small differences between the original and the new piece. There may also be differences in the colors displayed on each of the screens.

Problems with DHL or Correos?

If the shipping agency say that your order is delivered, I understand the order completed. But if you have problems with the shipping, please contact to me, and I will try to solve the problem or we can put a claim together. The standard shipping is free of charge in a few countries, but don't require a signature and is deposited in the mailbox. Please, bear this in mind when choosing it. With Express shipping you will have detailed tracking and guaranteed signature. I'm not responsible for delays of standard shipping. Thanks for your understanding.

Shipmnt to remote islands

Shipments to remote islands of the Atlantic and Pacific, although they belong to European countries and have the price of the country's shipping, will not be sent by agency but by normal certified shipments, because of their high price. These shipments can take up to more than one month to reach their destination. If you have questions about this, please contact us before ordering.

I accept returns of not customized art quilts. I refund the price of the art quilt less the shipping costs with the same way as you paid this. I refund the price when I will receive your order, in its original condition. I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FROM UK or another countries outside UE if this involves paying custom again. I will not accept the package and it will be back. You must send the package as a return and present that customs has already been paid, with the receipt from Etsy. If you want return your order, please contact to me. Thanks.

Extra costs in customs

Although most countries do not claim extra costs in customs, we have detected some countries that charge extra on arrival the order at the destination country. These countries are: - Canada. We will update this list with the information provided by our clients.

Contemporary wall hanging textile art. It is created using different types of silk that we dye, paint, bleach ... and then free motion quilting to give it texture. We give a second life to "leftover" silks from the textile industry
The wall hanging does not need framing and comes ready to hang, as it has a fabric sleeve on the back to be able to pass a wooden bar and hang it on the wall. The bar is not included.
DESEDAMAS art quits are made by hand, from the dyeing of the silk to the final stitch. There may be some little difference between the color on your screen and the actual color, due to the color settings of each screen.

To keep the tapestry clean, it can be vacuumed from time to time. It can be washed by hand, in cold water, with a textile mild soap. Do not twist or soak. Remove excess water by rolling it up in a towel. Let dry flat. For any questions you can contact us. If you prefer that we wash it for you, contact us. Dry cleaning is not recommended.
