This hand-drawn digital file is highly customizable. Send a photo you love & we will turn it into a digital watercolour family portrait. You choose the photo & number of people.

We are able to blend multiple photos together, to add in loved-ones who aren't in your photo of choice.

PROCESS:
01. Make your purchase.
02. Send your picture via Etsy messages (please send a full body family photo you truly love, taken with good lighting to ensure best quality reproduction).
03. I will confirm your request & any additional details via Etsy messaging.
04. A preview of your file will be sent via Etsy messages in case of any small last minute tweaks.
05. Your final art will be sent to you by email as an "8x10 or 10x8" file (which can be cropped to fit any frame) unless you request another size. You will receive both a printable (white background) file, best for printing on higher quality/textured paper, and a watercolour texture background file, best for digital sharing. Current processing time is 5 business days.

INFORMATION ABOUT DIGITAL FILES:
- You can print your digital file at home, at a local print shop, or use an online service.
- You have access to unlimited printing of your file.
- Art may be used for personal use only, not for commercial use or resale. Your personal information (names, dates, addresses, etc.) will never be shared. Rights to all artwork produced belong to Heritage Haus Company.
- There are no refunds or exchanges for custom digital files.
- I strive to make sure every client is completely happy with the finished product, which is why you will get an opportunity to look over the final product & chat about any minor revisions before you receive the emailed product.

I never received a product and none of my outreach over the nearly 6 weeks was responded to either here or via gmail. I've never been scammed on Etsy until Colin Houston. I can't understand people who scam others like this especially for a (hopeful) holiday gift. A nasty thing to do...do NOT fall for the same mistake I did.
