Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please use postal services with a tracking number—NOT courier services—to avoid any additional costs.

When ordering a general size, such as 38EU, please be aware that returns for refunds are not permitted. However, you can exchange the item for a different size (either larger or smaller) within the same design and color.
