Return/Exchange policy

Due to the nature of our business, majority of our items are MADE TO ORDER, therefore customized per your needs/request. Please verify your model & style before placing an order. Customized items such as: •Tail Light covers •Third brake light covers •Shifter plate covers •Large Decal banners •Custom hood designs •Masks •Apparel, including pet items with custom names •Shoes •Hats •Club decals (sell within the club) •Tumblers •Foot Pegs or Custom Mirrors (you may reach out to Big Sexy Foot Pegs) •Grill Insert (you may try to reach out to Dirty Acres) are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once an item has been shipped, that is an expense we have already incurred therefore not refundable. If you provided the wrong address, you be asked to pay for re-shipping of the item. We do not provide an RA or postage for any returns or exchanges.

Custom and personalized orders

Most products are made to order. Some are ready to ship. It will depend on this factor. If ordering multiple items, it will ship all together. Generally give 2-3 weeks turn around for custom products. Give us time to get specialty colors in and draft your design. Once design is approved, then it can be created and shipped

Can you design the item first before I pay?

We will send a draft for approval prior to cutting the design for decals and tail light covers. Most of the time it takes time to design something. We don't charge a design fee and there may be times where I am hand-recreating a design. I love bringing ideas and creativity to life. I enjoy seeing all the different themes and ideas. If we were to design something and it not be paid in advance, it would be taking time away from our paid customers. We have designed things in the past and may have been taken to someone else to attempt to do it, or we get told week after week "Oh I can maybe pay it next week". We love each and every one of you and want to be able to spend the time creating something for YOU.

JK/JKU, TJ, YJ, CJ Tail Light Cover Instruction
If using stock screws, the outer screws should be threaded through the cover prior to attempting to thread through light.
Keep Cover flat do not tighten screws to bend cover.
JK/JKU will come with 4 replacement screws and nylon spacers and instructions.

XJ, Renegade, JL and JT models: These will be held on using 3M Auto Tape.

If you have an issue during shipping or up to 6 months after, please contact us for replacements.
