DO NOT. I repeat, DO NOT buy from this company! I ordered a shirt for my daughter’s 11th birthday. Shipping took longer than expected, but I was happy it arrived before her birthday. I immediately opened it and found brown stains all over the shirt. I contacted the seller expressing my disappointment and asked for a refund. The next day I received a message back with an apology and a statement saying I would get a refund AND a replacement. It has now been a month and I have received neither. This is horrible customer service. I understand mistakes happen but this can be easily corrected and there has been more than ample time to rectify the situation. Save yourself time, money, and frustration. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Our “Liberos Be Like Backrow Is My Happy Place” is one of our top sellers and has been delivered successfully without incident all over the world (as seen in our reviews). Unfortunately, in this case something happened while in transit and once we realized that we worked to remedy the situation by first apologizing and then issuing a FULL refund. And although we contacted our customer asking if they wanted us to re-send a replacement shirt…they refused …we sent one anyway (along with a 10% off coupon for future purchases) so that her daughter could enjoy receiving one of our best seller Libero shirts.
