Yes, I am able to custom and personalised items in my shop, if there is something you would like but cant see it, then please do send me a massage. If you would like to change something on an existing item, please do contact me before ordering so we can talk this though.

Unfortunately once your order has left us its in the hands of Royal Mail or Evri. We understand how frustrating is it having delays on your delivery. Unfortunately this is out of my control. We are unable to issue any refunds for delayed deliveries.

Please note, orders may take longer to arrive during this pandemic. We are unable to control this. Please order in plenty of time or contact us before ordering. Once your order has been shipped we will be unable to offer a refund due to not arriving with in the normal time scales.

If you have any issues with your order we must notify us within 7 days of delivery. This can be any errors, change of mind or damaged items. Please do always message us before leaving a bad review so we are able to help solve any issues with you. Please note: any items with issues after 2 weeks will be classed as wear and tear.

Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.

We are unable to issue a refund for any personalised items or cancel personalised orders as they are quickly put into production.

All personalised items are not available for Exchange or Return. If we have excepted your return or an exchange please make sure the item is posted back to us within 7 days of us agreeing. Any items posted back after this time maybe refused. Always keep proof of posting. All items also need to arrive back in same condition as these arrived in (undamaged).

If your personalised order is returned to us you have the choice of re paying for postage or we can destroy the item for you. No refunds will be issued.
