Candles and wax melts are non-returnable if you do not like the scent. However, we will refund or replace your items if they get damaged during shipment. Photographic proof of the damage must be submitted to Etsy chat within 48 hours.

Candle Care instructions & Disclaimer

- The first time you light your candle, please allow it to burn until the melt pool reaches the edges of the jar. This will take 2-3 hours. This way you will prevent "tunneling" and your candle will last longer. - Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours each time. - Trim your wick 1/4 inch after each burn to avoid unnecessary smoke. - Discontinue use of the candle when ½” of wax remains at the bottom of the jar. - Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects. - Never leave a burning candle unattended. BELLE & HAPPY is not responsible or liable for any damages caused by misuse of our products. By reading and purchasing our products, you release BELLE & HAPPY from any liability arising out of the use of our products.

We ship all orders within 1-3 business days and we do our best to deliver them on time. However, please understand, that we have no control over shipping delays.

We currently only ship to the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Are your candles all natural?

Yes, we use all-natural coconut-soy wax for our candles. Our coconut and soy wax is gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and comes from renewable sources. We do not use any additives or harmful ingredients.

Stolen/Lost/Undelivered Packages

Belle & Happy is not responsible for items left on porches or mailboxes that may have been stolen. If you think your package(s) may have been stolen, don't hesitate to contact your local post office or the local authorities. The post office can do GPS tracking on your package to see where it is located. Belle & Happy is not responsible for orders marked as delivered by USPS. If you get a notification that your order has been delivered but it has not been delivered, please get in touch with your local post office. They will do GPS tracking on your package to see where it is left.

Each item is carefully crafted with the highest quality materials to ensure a wonderful experience.
