When placing your order, specify in the info box:

- Photo of your pet (the fewer background distractions in the picture, the better)
- Ink Color
- Personalized information
- Event date
- Need By Date (if different from event date)

2-3 business days after your order has been placed, a digital proof will be emailed to you for approval. After you approve the proof, the printing process will begin! THE PRODUCTION PROCESS DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL YOU HAVE APPROVED THE DIGITAL PROOF. Orders ship 4-5 business days after the production process begins.
