Shipping within Europe takes about 5 - 10 business days, shipping to the USA takes about 8 - 15 business days, assuming their are no custom delays.

The orders are shipped to your address stated on your Etsy account. If you want your order to be shipped to another address let me know immediately following your purchase.

Combine shipping of items is possible as it can be done safely and within possible weight for sending.

If your order arrives damaged or broken contact the delivering company immediately to report the damage, obtain all parts and packaging and send me photo's of the damaged item and packing, this claim can only be done within 7 days of the delivering date.
