Ceramic oil or wax burner | Essential oil burner | Home Fragrances Aromatherapy
This ceramic oil burner is perfect for home aromatherapy.
This listing is for 1 ceramic burner.
It consists of two pieces, the bottom one is for your tealight, and the top is a bowl in which you mix water, oil or soy candle with essential oils. You could also take the top dish off and use the main body of the burner as a tea light holder.
We recommend keeping an eye on the water/oil bowl, as the water/oil does evaporate after a few hours.
Size: D7cm x H7cm / 2.7"x2.7"
Small bowl: D5cm x H3cm / 2"x1.8"

Every piece I create is individually handmade, glazed and fired at 1240°C for the best quality assurance and strength. Given the nature of ceramics and glazes, items may slightly vary in color or shape, making each one unique and giving them character.
The glazed parts may have small bubbles, black spots or concave holes etc. These are normal process phenomena and they do not affect the use or the aesthetics.
Unglazed clay surface is not porous but it is recommended not to have frequent contact with liquids, such as oil or wine, where they can leave a permanent light stain on the surface of the clay.

Ceramics in Greece and Greek pottery history:
Greece has a long tradition in the manufacture of ceramics since antiquity.
In fact the word "ceramics" comes from the Greek word Keramikos (area of potters in ancient Athens), which in turn comes from the word "keramos", which means pottery clay.
In history of art, ceramics are art objects such as tableware, utilitarian and decorative ceramics.
From the ancient arts that have been recorded with archaeological findings and characterize the culture of each seasonal.
