Are our audio interface brackets easy to install?

Absolutely! We've designed the installation process to be as straightforward as possible. The universal template included helps you position the screw holes for your specific device, ensuring that the mounting brackets are properly aligned and secure.

Will the universal audio interface bracket fit my device?

Our bracket is available in two sizes to accommodate a range of devices. The smaller version measures 41mm to 61mm in height, while the larger version measures 58mm to 68mm. If your device falls within these size ranges, the bracket should fit properly.

Where is the part made and shipped from?

This part is made using 3D printing technology, in-house at my home in Halesowen, England. It is then shipped directly from the U.K.

Can I get a different colour?

In addition to the colours currently offered, we also provide the option to customise the colour of your purchase for a small fee. Simply send us a message with your desired colour and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that processing times may be longer for custom colours that we do not have in stock.

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping! Please note that all orders are fulfilled through Etsy to avoid customs fees, and we are not responsible if fees are applied. International shipping may sometimes be delayed, and tracking may not always be available. If you would like tracking for your order, it is available for an additional fee. However, please be aware that tracking is only available up until the point of leaving the UK through the Royal Mail website unless your country's courier provides further tracking information.

Can I return a custom order?

Custom orders cannot be returned as they are made specifically for a customer and cannot be resold. This is a common policy for custom orders, as they are not standard products that can be easily restocked and resold.
