When completing custom work, proofs will be provided if requested at the time of purchase. This request can be made via the "note to seller" section at checkout.

Our items are made using real wood, and are therefore unique and full of character. Just as no two pieces of wood are identical, no two pieces will be exactly the same. We make no extraordinary effort to hide knots, grains, and other flaws found in the wood.

Hanging hardware is not included.

We pride ourselves in creating wood signs made from your loved one's handwriting. These are NOT signs mimicking handwriting.

You will send us a photo or scan of the writing, and we will use your photo to laser cut an exact duplicate of the letters, words, or pictures provided. These cut outs are then hand painted or stained and glued to a white background. The sign is framed in a stained, farmhouse-style wood frame.

Every sign is cut, sanded, stained, and painted by our husband & wife team. As a result, no two signs are alike.

We do not count punctuation towards the final letter count. If you have questions about a certain piece of writing or which listing you should purchase, please send us a message! We're happy to help!

We do offer promotions and participate in sales on occasion! However, when you place an order with us, you are agreeing to the pricing and terms indicated on our website on the day of your purchase. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store are not refundable.

We currently offer three stain options and one unfinished/unstained option. All stains are water-based, odorless, and environmentally safe.
