DandACards guarantees to ship your completed, handmade order by the ship-by date found on your receipt. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS with tracking. USPS has recently extended normal delivery times to 2-6+ days with certain areas experiencing significant delays.

Delayed Deliveries: Because DandACards ships with tracking, we are able to monitor delivery status of all orders. After 10 days when a package shows "in-transit, arriving late" with no current updates, I will open a delivery inquiry with USPS to begin delivery assistance and will work diligently to help get your package properly delivered. Refunds are not given until a package is more than 30 days late and has no updated tracking information.

DandACards uses the United States Postal Service for delivery. Please carefully review all shipping information and provide a proper mailing address/PO Box during the check-out process.

DandACards only ships to the address on the order. After the order has been placed and the address is incorrect, I will need to cancel the order and issue a complete refund. The item(s) can then be repurchased with the correct shipping information. Apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding

DandACards is not responsible for items that are not delivered due to "Insufficient Address" or "Unable to Forward." When the package is "Returned to Sender," I will issue a refund for the item cost only. Shipping Charges will not be refunded.

Many items are made and ready to send, so depending on when your order is placed and when I am leaving for the Post Office, your order could actually be mailed within 2 hours. This, of course, is not always the case. All orders can be canceled (excluding personalized/special request orders) anytime before they are actually shipped. If for some reason, you need to cancel your order....just send a quick message through Etsy, and I will let you know of the up-to-date status of your order and your options.

Etsy sends an automatic email immediately when I purchase the shipping label. This email will provide you with a tracking number, so that you are able to follow your package from my local Post Office to your address:)

When shopping, please take note of the processing times provided. This is the time it takes me to make, package, and drop your package to the Post Office. Actual Post Office delivery times can vary from the estimate provided by Etsy because of location, weather, holidays, staffing issues, and misrouted packages. I promise to always mail by the ship-by date but am not able to guarantee an actual delivery date as I can not control any of the above (or other) mentioned happenings. For each and every holiday, I will post a recommended order-by date. After this date, I will continue to process and mail orders quickly but can not promise a timely delivery.
