Everyone wants to keep their cell phone in the best condition and scratch-free for as long as possible. That's what our phone cases are for - to protect your phone from possible falls and scratches and to extend the longevity of your phone. Unfortunately, mobile phone cases are a commodity that wears out and has to be replaced after a few months.
We would like to point out that the condition of the case after purchase and during use is in your hands - use it with care and at your own risk.
However, you can partially influence the lifespan of your VELLY VAY mobile phone case by taking the following steps into account when using it:

1. To replace or remove the detachable strap, it is best to detach only the bottom corners of the case from your phone.
2. Please remove impurities on the surface with bio-ethanol and a cotton pad.
3. Do not use any aggressive substances - this can damage the surface of the case.
4. When using the case with the band, please wear it with the surface facing out to avoid discoloration from contact with e.g. jeans.
