We use the same packaging materials for all of our orders. Our packaging is presentable and minimal. We avoid the use of plastic where possible.

Custom and personalised orders

It is possible for us to do custom orders, but they may take slightly longer to make. Please do get in touch with your request.

What size will my print be?

The vast majority of prints are available from A4 up to A1 size.

Do you offer framed prints?

We do not have the facilities to professionally frame anything larger than A4 prints. Therefore we have decided not to offer a framing service yet. We find that it is better for our customers to choose their own framing service so they can choose the finish they require.

How do I care for my homeware items?

Looking after Jesmonite homeware items is easy. We have introduced a "Product Care Tips" leaflet for each product which will be included with your purchase. In short, we recommend treating your item as if it was marble or wood, avoiding soaking it in water or using the dishwasher. A quick wipe over with a microfibre cloth and mild detergent will keep your product looking good as new - and a polish with some bees wax or similar will keep it looking nice and shiny.

When will my item be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch your item as quickly as possible. Normally we dispatch quicker than our full processing time. On a small percentage of orders the full processing time is required. This happens if there is an issue during Quality Control and the item needs to be remanufactured. We build time into the schedule to avoid items being dispatched late. However in any unfortunate circumstance, i.e. the remanufactured item also fails QC, the deadline may be missed and you will be informed as soon as possible. We haven't had to do this yet. The most important thing for us is to maintain a high level of quality with our items.

Exclusive to AndMash, this poster features the Sputnik satellite designed by the Special Design Bureau of the USSR and launched in 1957. We were inspired by mid-Century Soviet artwork, which for their time communicated the idea of progress and an optimistic future technological innovation. This is what we wanted to capture with our artwork - a striking interpretation of the Sputnik in orbit.

We designed this illustration in our Sussex studio and it will be printed using our print partners, who comprise a network of print houses around the world. Your item will be shipped directly from the printers closest to you, thus saving on shipping time and costs.

ITEM DETAILS:
- One unframed print on 200gsm Matt Art paper. Printed with vibrant archival pigments using the giclée process.

DISPATCH & SHIPPING:
- Items are printed by our worldwide network of print houses. We design the posters in-house and leave the printing to the experts.
- Your print will be produced at the location closest to you. This ensures we can keep the shipping times and costs to a minimum.
- Prints are normally ready within 2-3 days and we'll update you as soon as it's on the way.

A NOTE ABOUT GIFTS:
- The packaging we use is presentable and professional. If you request, we can ship your order directly to the recipient. Just be sure to tell us not to include the price on the order, and make sure you enter their delivery details during your order.
We don't formally send items as 'gifts', simply because for international shipments we must include the price of the item for customs purposes. This is not an acceptable situation for gift recipients.
