We send mockups for every order unless you choose "No Proof Needed" at checkout. Mockups are sent 1-2 days before your order is scheduled to ship. We do not create mockups prior to orders being placed. Once the mockup has been started orders can not be cancelled. Each order includes one free mockup adjustment or photo change. Additional mockup adjustments or photos changes will incur a fee and may delay shipping. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of sending your mockup we will assume your mockup is approved and will print/ship your order. If "No Proof Needed" is chosen then you will not receive a mockup.

When will I receive my order? What happens if I do not receive my order?

All of our orders ship within 1-3 business days (this does not include Saturday, Sunday or any holidays). Check our shop announcements for the most up to date processing times. Shipping is another 1-6 days depending on the shipping speed you choose at checkout and your location. Shipping delays are always a possibility. We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time however we can not be held responsible for USPS delays. If you order is in transit with no USPS scans for more than 14 business days we will file a claim with USPS on your behalf.

What colors / backgrounds do you offer?

All of our coolers start out white and we print the design, including the background color. You are welcome to scroll through our shop to see some designs we have printed in the past or send us a message if you have something in mind. We can print any solid color you would like! Please note - Actual can cooler color may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone seeing these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos and mockups represent the colors as true as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your screen.

Before we can print your design, you must message us a photo to use. High quality photos work best but we can print any image! We can print just a head shot or the entire photo. Please let me know what you would prefer.

If you would like a design different then the the first listing photo please be specific. Each order will include one photo edit, one mockup and one revision. Each extra photo edit/revision will incur a $5 charge and may cause a delay in shipping time.

Text and colors can be personalized to suit your needs! These personalized photo can coolers are perfect for birthday or bachelor(ette) parties, graduation parties and more! Photos 2 & 3 show other possible designs. The options with these are endless.

Background design can be any design or solid color seen in our shop or send us a message with a design you have in mind and we can create something for you. If no background color is noted, then design shown in photo 1 will be printed.

A mockup will be sent before your order is shipped. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of the mockup being sent we will go ahead and print/ ship your order. Please check your Etsy messages after ordering to ensure you see the mockup.

Design is printed with high quality ink on both sides of the can cooler. These are NOT Vinyl. No peeling or fading will occur.
